Jersey Shore Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi everyone! Iโm Brooke, Iโm 20 years old, from the suburbs of Philadelphia and I have Celiac disease! My family travels to the Jersey Shore every summer and I have found some amazing Celiac-safe spots that we come back to year after year. Itโs truly not a weekend at Long Beach Island without a breakfast sandwich from Surfside Coffee House or a delicious milkshake and burger from The Woohoo! And when weโre in Avalon, I simply canโt pass up the Killer Caramel ice cream at Buccaneer. I reviewed all my favorite Jersey Shore spots on the Spokin app! You can follow me there and on Instagram @celiactivist to stay up to date with my travel adventures!

Seattle Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! Iโm Emily, and I spent a week in Seattle this summer for my 21st birthday. I found so many great spots that accommodated my peanut, tree nut, and gluten allergies. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were GhostFish Brewing Company, a dedicated gluten-free brewery, nut-free ice cream at Molly Moonโs, and Capitol Cider, a dedicated gluten and nut-free restaurant! We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time sightseeing at the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Chihuly Glass Museum. I reviewed all my spots from the trip on the Spokin app! San Antonio Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi, yโall! Iโm Jenna Urben, and Iโm a 28 year old food blogger from Dallas, TX. In addition to being allergic to Penicillin, I developed an egg allergy in high school and lactose intolerance in college. Due to my food allergies and intolerances, I cut egg and dairy completely out of my lifestyle. A few times every year, I head down to San Antonio to spend time with my family. I love exploring the outdoor historical spots and discovering new bars and restaurants! Some of my favorite places from the trip were Pharm Table, a local restaurant featuring plant-forward and gluten-free organic options and Down on Grayson, a Modern-American restaurant with fresh and fun cocktails and mocktails. I recommend the Ranch Water or Virgin Lavender Lemonade. Browse all of my reviews on the Spokin app! My username is the same as my Instagram, @theurbenlife. You can also find my allergy-friendly recipes and travel guides on https://theurbenlife.com. Enjoy and let me know which spot is your favorite or on your must-visit list!
Peanut Free Egg Free Seattle Itinerary
Hello everyone, Iโm Natalie! I am a food allergy mom to our three year old daughter Penelope who is allergic to eggs and peanuts. My family and I live in Southern California, and we love traveling. We kicked off summer by taking a family trip to Seattle. This trip was so much fun and we enjoyed eating delicious food. If you are looking for fun things to do in Seattle with little ones, be sure to visit Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Woodland Park Zoo, Chihuly Glass and Garden, Seattle Aquarium, Fremont Troll, and Pier 57 to ride the Seattle Great Wheel. During our stay, we found some safe restaurants to dine at as well as great spots that were accommodating to our daughter's food allergies. Our favorite spots were Vonโs 1,000 Spirits, Beecherโs Handmade Cheese, Local Public Eatery, Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery, and Collectionโs Cafe located at Chihuly Glass and Garden.
For our trip, I packed many of our favorite allergy-friendly snacks and products such as Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix, YumEarth fruit snacks and lollipops, Partake Foods Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies, GoGo Squeez Yogurt Pouches, Wet Ones Wipes, disposable placemats, and our ParaMedic crossover body EpiPen Med Bag. Minneapolis Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hey y'all, I'm Victoria! I'm a food allergy mom to Adelaide who is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts (except almonds, coconuts, and hazelnuts) and wheat. She has gone through wheat OIT and is in a maintenance dose so that is why in this board you will see a smorgasbord of gluten containing and gluten-free places in our travels. We live in Des Moines, IA and have a close family friend who lives up in the Twin Cities that we visit regularly. This was our longest trip up there yet, and we got to eat at some old familiar favorites and explore new places! Our new favorites to visit are Sweet Science Ice Cream and Sift Gluten Free Bakery, but we had to stop by at our favorite donut shop, Yoyo's too. Can you tell we have a sweet tooth? Pittsburgh Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! Iโm Laura and live in Los Angeles, CA. I spent a few days in Pittsburgh visiting my friends without allergies and still had a fun time finding spots where I could eat treats that were safe for celiac and egg-free. My favorite food of all time is ice cream, so Pittsburghโs ice cream and milkshake options such as Scoops in Bloomfield and The Milkshake Factory definitely made me fit right into this cityโs food scene. There were also so many surprising restaurants with gluten-free dedicated fryers, like The Yard. My favorite dish of all was the gluten-free pad kee mao at Noodlehead. All the spots are reviewed on the Spokin app so follow me there and on Instagram @gluttenous to see more of my meal ideas using certified gluten-free products and menu finds!
