To reset your password, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. If you are still having a problem resetting your password after updating, please fill out the support request form below this FAQ.

If you’re using the main search bar, results will only show what has already been reviewed on the app. If you are the first to review something (yay!), you can add your review by tapping the “+” share button in the bottom center of the app and select a category. Start typing the name of what you are looking for to find what you’d like to review.

When you are the first person to add something to the app, it will look different until your review has been cleared and made live by Spokin. Thank you for your review; it will be updated and live as soon as possible!

Please let us know in the support form below this FAQ and someone from our team will let you know when your email address has been updated!

Use a US ZIP code to create your account. Any one works—you can use 60605, for example. Once you’ve finished setting up your account, use the support form to send us your correct international ZIP code. Our team will update the ZIP code on your account and confirm when it’s been changed.

Please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails.

Please fill out the support form below this FAQ and your account will be deleted within 30 days. If you have any feedback on how we can improve, please feel free to share that in your form answers.

We love Android users and we do plan to build an Android app! We don’t currently have an estimated date. Please add your email to our Android list below and you will be among the first to know and in the meantime you will receive Spokin’s regular content.

For privacy, please choose a username that doesn’t identify you and use an avatar vs. a photo. Your age and/or your child’s age will not be displayed (only a stage, i.e. grade school.)

If you are seeking medical advice, please be advised that we are not medical professionals and any questions about your food allergies should be directed to your allergist. (We do have reviews of allergists on the app if you need one!)
