Hi! I’m Sarah, and I recently traveled to Turkey and Kyrgyzstan! I found many safe spots to eat while managing wheat, rye, barley, oat, dairy, and walnut allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my finds are also all featured in this guide.
