Gluten Free Las Vegas Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! Iโm Kelsey, and I spent a week in Las Vegas and Joshua Tree National Park. I found some great spots that accommodated my peanut, tree nut, dairy, gluten, soy, crustacean, banana, and kiwi allergies and OAS. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were China Poblano, Teka Handrolls, and hiking food from Wildland Trekking! We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time hiking many miles in Joshua Tree National Park and the Valley of Fire. I reviewed all my spots from the trip on the Spokin app! Hi! Iโm Amanda, Iโm 22 years old and live in Orlando, Florida. I spent 5 days in Atlanta, Georgia to explore the city and career opportunities. Some of my favorite stops include Toscano Ristorante Italiano, a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant in the heart of Atlantic Station, and Cake In The Box Bakery, Atlantaโs nut free bakery. Austin Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! Iโm Abby, and Iโm 19 years old. I live in Houston, Texas, and I go to Austin quite frequently for fun weekend trips. Since being diagnosed with gluten, soy, peanut, tree nut, sesame, and egg white allergies, our go-to restaurants quickly changed! Austin is a pretty outdoorsy city, so you canโt visit without hiking at the Barton Creek Greenbelt, paddle-boarding on Lake Austin, and watching a sunset at Mt. Bonnell. But of course, one of the reasons I love Austin is because of how many allergy-friendly restaurants there are. Check out all of the places I ate at on the Spokin app @abbykohl or on my Instagram @safeandfreefoodie!
