Hi! Iām Christina and I recently traveled to Italy, Croatia, and Poland to visit family and spend time with friends! I found many safe places to eat while managing celiac. One of my favorite places to eat was Zapiekane Gluten-Free Bistro in Krakow, Poland where I got gluten-free pierogi and Zapiekanka, a traditional Polish street food. I went back for a pierogi everyday, the owner was so kind. If you travel there a must-do activity is visiting the Wawel Royal Castle and explore the area Kazimierz for fun nightlife and artsy vibes.
