“Love stopping here for gluten-free Neapolitan style pizza on the Cape! They use separate cooking sheets, and I haven’t ever had any issues with cross contamination. So so good and they even sell fresh dough that you can take home and make yourself—very excited to pull some out of my freezer to make in our Ooni oven this summer!”

“Mac’s is an absolute must stop on the Cape for gluten-free fried goodies! Basically everything on their menu can be made gluten-free, with a dedicated fryer and prep space. I believe the owner has celiac, so everyone is so careful and knowledgeable. My fried chicken sandwich and onion rings got inhaled so fast I forgot to get a picture! Be sure to time your visit for their oyster happy hour, $1 a piece and some of the tastiest, largest Cape oysters I’ve ever had.”

They have outstanding allergen protocols, from checking ingredient/allergen list, to using a clean scoop and opening a fresh container. They also have gluten-free cones. I was told the owner has a daughter with celiac so they don’t mess around! It was so nice to have hard ice cream and not worry about contamination.”
