London, Amsterdam + Paris Peanut Allergy-Friendly + Vegan Travel Itinerary
Hi, Iโm Bre and Iโm 26 years old. I have a peanut allergy and am also vegan, but I donโt let my dietary restrictions limit my love for travel. In April, I spent a week in Europe and visited London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Some of my favorite restaurants on the trip were Temple of Seitan, Mr. and Mrs. Watson, and Riz Riz. Overall, the cities we visited were great with food allergies and I found that most restaurants had a readily available allergen menu (in English!) and were willing to make accommodations. In addition to restaurants, we also went to many museums, a couple concerts, and even a football (soccer) match. If youโd like to see more of my reviews from Europe and beyond, follow me on Spokin @the1bre and on Instagram @peanutfree_vegan.

Kauai + Maui Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi everyone! My name is Hannah and Iโm 26 years old. I have celiac disease and I live in Ann Arbor, MI. I just finished the second year of my graduate program so I was thrilled to get away for a vacation at the end of the semester to my favorite place in the world! We went to Kauai and Maui in Hawaii for our trip. I was actually born on Oahu so I try to go back to the islands as much as possible. Hawaii is usually pretty easy in terms of eating gluten-free, because you can always order fresh fish, rice, or have fresh fruit! On this trip, we did lots of hiking, snorkeling, and saw quite a few turtles. I had shave ice at least 5 times because it is my favorite (and usually gluten-free!) treat. Also, I discovered a place that had celiac-safe cinnamon rolls in Maui (Cinnamon Roll Place)! It was the most peaceful trip and there are so many gluten-free spots to try. Check out my reviews on the Spokin app @celiacfoodlover or on my Instagram @celiacfoodlover!
