Hi! I’m Lexi, and I recently traveled to Oslo, Norway in December. I found so many spots to eat safely with a tree nut allergy and they are all shared on the Spokin app and featured in this guide! One of my favorite places was Viggo’s Kjempegode Smultringer at Jul i Vinterland (Oslo’s Christmas market). A must-do in Oslo is visiting one of the sauna spots on the Fjord -- we went to KOK Oslo which was such a fun experience. Oslo is also packed with incredible museums, and I especially loved the Munch Museum.  We went to the rooftop bar at the Munch, the Kranen Bar, and it was a fantastic way to end the museum experience. Shellfish-Free Nice and Monaco Top Picks

Hi! I’m Kelly and I recently traveled to France where I visited Paris and Nice with some day trips to Antibes, Eze, and Monaco. I was able to find many safe spots to eat while managing a shellfish allergy! I’ve shared them all on the Spokin app and they’re featured in this guide. It’s so hard to pick favorites because everything was truly amazing! But if I had to pick one I think it would be Marius Monaco where I had an incredible tomato appetizer that was bursting with flavor and a comforting beef tenderloin dish with polenta and vegetables. And if you ever find yourself in the south of France you definitely have to check out Eze! It was such a cool place to wander around and had great views. Hi, I’m Maura. I recently spent my birthday exploring Sicily with my boyfriend, and it quickly became one of our favorite trips. With just seven days, we focused on the east side of the island, staying in Taormina, Zafferana Etnea, and Ortigia near Siracusa. As someone with celiac disease, I was blown away by how accommodating Sicily is for gluten-free travelers. Eating well felt easy, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. One standout was Chiodo in Ortigia, where I had black garlic pasta and a passionfruit tiramisu, which I still think about.
