Hi! I’m Lexi and I recently traveled to Cape Cod on vacation with my family! We stayed at a house in Eastham but went all over the Cape! I found many safe places to eat while managing tree nut allergies. One of my favorite places to eat was Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar where my favorite thing to get was a cold lobster roll. If you travel there, a must-do activity is walking the rail trail which goes all along the cape or going to the beachcomber—get there early to avoid a line! Nut and Sesame-Free Nantucket Top Picks

Cape Cod Milk and Nut Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary

Hi! I’m Catherine and I’m 18 years old. I’m from Ohio and I spend every summer in Chatham, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. I have severe food allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, latex, and quinoa. I am a rising freshman in college and will be attending Tufts University! Food allergies have inspired my love for cooking, and I even wrote my own allergy cookbook: Cook It Up. One of my favorite restaurants is Bluefins Sushi and Sake Bar in Chatham! I love visiting all of the gorgeous beaches on the Cape and shopping in the quaint towns.
