“They have a ‘sanitized for allergies’ protocol where the scoop is fresh, and they pull a fresh bin. Phone answer and answer from the worker at the window were identical (different people!). Thoroughly explained the protocol and took very careful attention. I felt extremely safe. I’ve been here at other times during peak, and I would definitely try to go at an off time.”
