Peanut Free Egg Free Seattle Itinerary

Hello everyone, I’m Natalie! I am a food allergy mom to our three year old daughter Penelope who is allergic to eggs and peanuts. My family and I live in Southern California, and we love traveling. We kicked off summer by taking a family trip to Seattle. This trip was so much fun and we enjoyed eating delicious food. If you are looking for fun things to do in Seattle with little ones, be sure to visit Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Woodland Park Zoo, Chihuly Glass and Garden, Seattle Aquarium, Fremont Troll, and Pier 57 to ride the Seattle Great Wheel. During our stay, we found some safe restaurants to dine at as well as great spots that were accommodating to our daughter's food allergies. Our favorite spots were Von’s 1,000 Spirits, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, Local Public Eatery, Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery, and Collection’s Cafe located at Chihuly Glass and Garden.

For our trip, I packed many of our favorite allergy-friendly snacks and products such as Birch Benders Pancake and Waffle Mix, YumEarth fruit snacks and lollipops, Partake Foods Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies, GoGo Squeez Yogurt Pouches, Wet Ones Wipes, disposable placemats, and our ParaMedic crossover body EpiPen Med Bag. On the Spokin App, I reviewed all the food spots and attractions from this trip as well as all the snacks and helpful products I brought with us to Seattle. We already loved the show for the Parisian scenery but, if you haven’t caught it yet (spoiler alert!), Emily has a food allergy too which makes us love it even more. Inspired by this year’s hottest show, our guide includes all the best allergy-friendly spots to eat, treat, and stay. We think Emily would approve!
