Milk, Tree Nut, Mustard and Sunflower-Free South Africa Guide

Hi! I’m Morgan and I recently traveled to South Africa! I found several safe spots to eat in Cape Town, Franschoek, Stellenbosch, and Kruger Park while managing milk, tree nut, mustard and sunflower allergies and shared them on the Spokin app -- they are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was Babel, where I safely had seasonal farm-to-table veggie dishes including sweet potato with coconut yogurt and lentils. Tree Nut and Celiac-Safe Kenya Top Picks

Hi! I’m Lindsay and I recently traveled to Kenya on a safari vacation. Throughout my stay, my accommodations provided safe meals for me while managing both a severe tree nut allergy and a gluten intolerance from lupus. One of my favorite lodges to stay at was the Naboisho camp in Masai Mara where the entire camp is dedicated to being nut free! If you travel there a must-do activity is a night time game drive, because many places don’t allow for night time drives, but Naboisho does!
