Singapore Allergy-Friendly Travel ItineraryHi, I'm Amanda! I'm 19 years old and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I go to college in St. Louis. I spent two weeks in Singapore visiting my mom's family this summer. I found some great spots that accommodated my allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. (I am also vegan!). Some of my favorite spots were Joie, a fine dining restaurant on Orchard Road, Din Tai Fung, and Eight Treasures Vegetarian. We ate lots of great food but also spent time sightseeing at the ArtScience Museum, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, Chinatown, and Orchard Road. I reviewed all my spots from the trip on the Spokin app! London, Amsterdam + Paris Peanut Allergy-Friendly + Vegan Travel ItineraryHi, I’m Bre and I’m 26 years old. I have a peanut allergy and am also vegan, but I don’t let my dietary restrictions limit my love for travel. In April, I spent a week in Europe and visited London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Some of my favorite restaurants on the trip were Temple of Seitan, Mr. and Mrs. Watson, and Riz Riz. Overall, the cities we visited were great with food allergies and I found that most restaurants had a readily available allergen menu (in English!) and were willing to make accommodations. In addition to restaurants, we also went to many museums, a couple concerts, and even a football (soccer) match. If you’d like to see more of my reviews from Europe and beyond, follow me on Spokin @the1bre and on Instagram @peanutfree_vegan.

We also spent time sightseeing at the Pyramids of Giza and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, and took a hot air balloon ride at sunrise in Luxor! Kauai + Maui Gluten-Free Travel ItineraryHi everyone! My name is Hannah and I’m 26 years old. I have celiac disease and I live in Ann Arbor, MI. I just finished the second year of my graduate program so I was thrilled to get away for a vacation at the end of the semester to my favorite place in the world! We went to Kauai and Maui in Hawaii for our trip. I was actually born on Oahu so I try to go back to the islands as much as possible. Hawaii is usually pretty easy in terms of eating gluten-free, because you can always order fresh fish, rice, or have fresh fruit! On this trip, we did lots of hiking, snorkeling, and saw quite a few turtles. I had shave ice at least 5 times because it is my favorite (and usually gluten-free!) treat. Also, I discovered a place that had celiac-safe cinnamon rolls in Maui (Cinnamon Roll Place)! It was the most peaceful trip and there are so many gluten-free spots to try. Check out my reviews on the Spokin app @celiacfoodlover or on my Instagram @celiacfoodlover!

Kauai Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi friends! I’m Katelyn, a 27 year old from Arizona with celiac disease. Kauai is the perfect island to visit if you love doing things outdoors and hiking the Waimea Canyon is a must.
