Peanut-Free Morocco Travel Guide

Hi! I’m Sara, I recently traveled to Marrakesh, Casablanca, and Asni, Morocco and found many safe spots to eat while managing a peanut allergy! I've shared them all on the Spokin app and they are featured in this guide. One of my favorites was
Extrablatt for coffee and Villa des Orangers where I had the chicken couscous! A fun thing to do if you are in Asni is to go to Kasbah Tamadot for a relaxing getaway and the Medina/souks in Marrakech for walking around! I also highly recommend doing a camel ride if you can. Nuts, Milk, Soy, Shellfish and Gluten-Free Italy Top Picks

Hi! I’m Kelsey, I recently traveled to Italy for my sister’s wedding and traveled to Siena, Chianti, Florence and Rome with my fiancé afterwards. I found so many safe spots to eat with my peanut, tree nut, milk, soy, wheat, rye, barley, crustacean and some fruit allergies (along with OAS)! I’ve shared them all on the Spokin app and they are featured in this guide. One of my favorites was Sgrano in Florence, where I was able to eat a sandwich on the street just like everybody else!  (I went there 3 times ) It was truly magical.  Aside from the incredible art and historical sites—a fun thing to do if you are in the Tuscany region (and 21+) is to visit a vineyard and taste some wine. My favorite was Azienda Agricola Montefioralle Winery, who were amazingly accommodating with their tasting pairings and made you feel like part of the family. Nut and Dairy-Free Asia, South Africa, and Australia Top Picks

Hi, I’m Emily! My little crew and I spent six months hopping around Asia — Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia — and made our way to Australia and South Africa, too. Along the way, I became a pro at finding safe spots to eat and grocery stores that worked around my daughter’s peanut, tree nut, and milk allergies. I shared all of our best finds on the Spokin app, and you can find them featured in this guide! One of our favorite discoveries was in Koh Samui at the Fisherman’s Village Night Market — my daughter was in heaven with so many options. Her go-tos? Corn on the cob and steak kabobs! Another must-do while you’re there: the Elephant Sanctuary! It was such an unforgettable experience, and they were amazing about handling allergens while serving lunch, which made it stress-free for us.Follow me on Spokin @emilyloutz to see all 33 of my reviews and on Instagram @emilyloutz for more travel inspo!
