Austin Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! I’m Abby, and I’m 19 years old. I live in Houston, Texas, and I go to Austin quite frequently for fun weekend trips. Since being diagnosed with gluten, soy, peanut, tree nut, sesame, and egg white allergies, our go-to restaurants quickly changed! Austin is a pretty outdoorsy city, so you can’t visit without hiking at the Barton Creek Greenbelt, paddle-boarding on Lake Austin, and watching a sunset at Mt. Bonnell. But of course, one of the reasons I love Austin is because of how many allergy-friendly restaurants there are. Check out all of the places I ate at on the Spokin app @abbykohl or on my Instagram @safeandfreefoodie!

Turks and Caicos Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hello! My name is Riya Miglani, and I’m 16 years old. I live in New Jersey, and I have anaphylactic food allergies to all nuts and seafood! Due to the lockdown, traveling anywhere has been limited. But once school ended, I was able to travel to Turks and Caicos with my best friend without my parents for the first time. Since I’ve been home for over a year, I felt that it was important to experience something independent and exciting. The shimmery ocean, jet-skiing, parasailing, sailboating, swimming, and eating at delicious and safe restaurants like Bay Bistro were all very memorable. I also reviewed multiple restaurants/airlines/hotels/ice cream shops on the Spokin App. Be sure to follow me @riyamiglani and on Instagram @riyamiglani10.

Cape Cod Milk and Nut Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! I’m Catherine and I’m 18 years old. I’m from Ohio and I spend every summer in Chatham, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. I have severe food allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, latex, and quinoa. I am a rising freshman in college and will be attending Tufts University! Food allergies have inspired my love for cooking, and I even wrote my own allergy cookbook: Cook It Up. One of my favorite restaurants is Bluefins Sushi and Sake Bar in Chatham! I love visiting all of the gorgeous beaches on the Cape and shopping in the quaint towns. I’ve reviewed all of my favorite places on Cape Cod on the Spokin app, so make sure to follow me @catherinewalker. Also check out my Instagram @cook_it_up_catherine and food allergy blog!
San Antonio Food Allergy-Friendly City Guide
Food allergies, meet San Antonio. This year, the annual FARE National Food Allergy Conference is heading to Texas to gather the country's top food allergy innovators and experts on the banks of the San Antonio River Walk. Lucky for us, the River Walk is the best way to see and taste San Antonio. With dozens of restaurants lining the river, there are plenty food allergy-friendly places to choose from. We've found the hottest food allergy-friendly spots that are quick to accommodate food allergic guests and make dining out as easy as it should be.
Las Vegas Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi there! Alyssa from All Things Allergies here. I am a 23-year-old doctoral student in psychology living in Chicago. I recently packed up for a girls weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate a twenty first birthday (and our fresh new COVID-19 vaccinations, of course). Whenever traveling out West, the nut and fish free kitchen at In N’ Out Burger is always my first stop, but the city pleasantly surprised me with all of its allergy-friendly options. And sure, the desert heat put my auto injectors to the test, but it was no match for my Essential Pal cooling travel case. Check out the play-by-play details and honest reviews of my trip on Spokin at @alyssabauder and on Instagram at @allthingsallergies. Viva Las Vegas!
San Diego Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
I’m Lisa Horne, the mom behind the blog, Food Allergy P.I. As the mom of a teen with anaphylactic food allergies, I’ve learned to be a detective of all things food, fun and everything in-between. While food allergies can be tough, with a little research and planning we still enjoy life! Our most recent adventure took us to San Diego, California for a week in a VRBO. While we ordered groceries and made most of our meals at the vacation rental, we also visited a couple restaurants, bakeries and even a local amusement park where we enjoyed allergy-friendly food finds! I reviewed all our finds on the Spokin app, where you can come find and follow me for other reviews on products, travel, and more. I’m also on Instagram and all social media channels @foodallergypi!
Jersey Shore Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi everyone! I’m Brooke, I’m 20 years old, from the suburbs of Philadelphia and I have Celiac disease! My family travels to the Jersey Shore every summer and I have found some amazing Celiac-safe spots that we come back to year after year. It’s truly not a weekend at Long Beach Island without a breakfast sandwich from Surfside Coffee House or a delicious milkshake and burger from The Woohoo! And when we’re in Avalon, I simply can’t pass up the Killer Caramel ice cream at Buccaneer. I reviewed all my favorite Jersey Shore spots on the Spokin app! You can follow me there and on Instagram @celiactivist to stay up to date with my travel adventures!

Hi! I’m Emily, and I spent a week in Seattle this summer for my 21st birthday. I found so many great spots that accommodated my peanut, tree nut, and gluten allergies. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were GhostFish Brewing Company, a dedicated gluten-free brewery, nut-free ice cream at Molly Moon’s, and Capitol Cider, a dedicated gluten and nut-free restaurant! We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time sightseeing at the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Chihuly Glass Museum. I reviewed all my spots from the trip on the Spokin app! Follow me on Spokin and on Instagram @emsnutfreeeats to see more of my restaurant reviews and travel finds!
