Singapore Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi, I'm Amanda! I'm 19 years old and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I go to college in St. Louis. I spent two weeks in Singapore visiting my mom's family this summer. I found some great spots that accommodated my allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. (I am also vegan!). Some of my favorite spots were Joie, a fine dining restaurant on Orchard Road, Din Tai Fung, and Eight Treasures Vegetarian. We ate lots of great food but also spent time sightseeing at the ArtScience Museum, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, Chinatown, and Orchard Road. I reviewed all my spots from the trip on the Spokin app! Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Sweden Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hello! My name is Izzy and I spent a week traveling to Amsterdam and Copenhagen and 2 weeks studying at Lund University in Sweden! I found so many great spots that accommodated my tree nut, sesame, and salmon allergies. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were Impero Romano, Foodhallen, and Gastro None. We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time sightseeing at the Anne Frank House, took a wine and cheese tour of the Canal Copenhagen, and explored the botanical gardens in Lund! London, Amsterdam + Paris Peanut Allergy-Friendly + Vegan Travel Itinerary
Hi, Iโm Bre and Iโm 26 years old. I have a peanut allergy and am also vegan, but I donโt let my dietary restrictions limit my love for travel. In April, I spent a week in Europe and visited London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Some of my favorite restaurants on the trip were Temple of Seitan, Mr. and Mrs. Watson, and Riz Riz. Overall, the cities we visited were great with food allergies and I found that most restaurants had a readily available allergen menu (in English!) and were willing to make accommodations. In addition to restaurants, we also went to many museums, a couple concerts, and even a football (soccer) match. If youโd like to see more of my reviews from Europe and beyond, follow me on Spokin @the1bre and on Instagram @peanutfree_vegan.

Kauai + Maui Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi everyone! My name is Hannah and Iโm 26 years old. I have celiac disease and I live in Ann Arbor, MI. I just finished the second year of my graduate program so I was thrilled to get away for a vacation at the end of the semester to my favorite place in the world! We went to Kauai and Maui in Hawaii for our trip. I was actually born on Oahu so I try to go back to the islands as much as possible. Hawaii is usually pretty easy in terms of eating gluten-free, because you can always order fresh fish, rice, or have fresh fruit! On this trip, we did lots of hiking, snorkeling, and saw quite a few turtles. I had shave ice at least 5 times because it is my favorite (and usually gluten-free!) treat. Also, I discovered a place that had celiac-safe cinnamon rolls in Maui (Cinnamon Roll Place)! It was the most peaceful trip and there are so many gluten-free spots to try. Check out my reviews on the Spokin app @celiacfoodlover or on my Instagram @celiacfoodlover!

Hawaii Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi everyone! My name is Natalie and Iโm a food allergy mom to my daughter, Penelope, who is allergic to eggs and peanuts. Last summer, we took a family trip to Waikoloa Beach, Hawaii and stayed at The Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. We loved everything about that destination and resort so much that we decided to revisit Waikoloa Beach and stay at that exact same resort this summer!ย During our week-long stay, we enjoyed all the wonderful pools and the beach right outside the resort! Our go-to restaurants when visiting Hawaii are Tommy Bahama, Kona Brewing Company, Willieโs Hot Chicken, and Hawaii Calls. If you are looking to enjoy some dessert while enjoying the beautiful beach views of Hawaii, then be sure to dine at Lava Lava Beach Club.
