DAY 1

Shopping: Foodland Princeville
EXCELLENT gluten-free section and products available throughout the store.

Lunch: Cafe Turmeric
Good options and felt safe eating here because most of the food is naturally gluten-free. Staff weren’t super knowledgeable but they were kind!

Dinner: The Dolphin Restaurant
Very good meal here! I think they have many gluten-free options and staff was helpful. Mostly just fresh fish so a lot of it was naturally gluten-free. They gave me gluten-free soy sauce when I told them I was gluten-free.

Treat: Wishing Well Shave Ice
Organic flavor options. Didn’t get sick and ate here several times.

Sightseeing:
Hideaway Beach Trail and Snorkeling
DAY 2

Dinner: Coconut’s Fish Cafe
I love this place! Great gluten-free options with very clear labeling. They labeled our takeout, too. Always feel safe eating here and I’ve never gotten sick.

Treat: JoJo’s Shave Ice
Awesome shave ice. I believe all syrups are gluten-free.

Sightseeing:
Hiked the NaPali Coast Trail
DAY 3

Lunch: Fresh Bite Kauai
THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! It’s a food truck but the owner was awesome and told other staff that I had celiac so they could prepare my meal separately. Food was INCREDIBLE, I was able to eat their fries, and I didn’t get sick!

Dinner: Hukilau Lanai
This place was a major find and was incredible. They have a dedicated gluten-free menu with TONS of options. They also brought gluten-free bread and even had a delicious gluten-free dessert option.

Sightseeing:
Snorkeling at Makena Beach
DAY 4

Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll Place
This was the best cinnamon roll I have ever had! Previous reviews had said that the gluten-free rolls were prepared separately. When I ordered them, they were stored separately and wrapped in saran wrap so I felt totally safe eating them. I heated it up at home to be safe but it was INCREDIBLE.

Lunch: Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman
Staff were knowledgeable and food was delicious. No labels on menu.

Dinner: Ka’Ana Kitchen
This place is awesome! Menu is labeled with gluten-free options and staff is very knowledgeable. They also usually have a vegan dinner option.

Coffee: Akamai Coffee @ Wailea Village
Love this place! Amazing coffee and kombucha selection. Also have smoothies and bowls that are most likely gluten-free.

Treat: Mana Foods
One of my favorite stores ever. Amazing gluten-free selection and they have in-house made gluten-free baked goods.

Sightseeing:
Stopped in Paia, La Perouse Bay, Paddle boarding on Wailea beaches
DAY 5

Lunch: KAPA Bar and Grill
Delicious food and menu has gluten-free labels. Staff were helpful.

Dinner: Merriman’s Kapalua
Incredible restaurant and most of the menu is naturally gluten-free. Staff is very knowledgeable and go above and beyond.

Treat: Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice – Lahaina
My favorite shave ice on the island because of how clearly they label their flavors as gluten-free. Plus it is delicious!

Sightseeing:
Snorkeling off of Molokini, Walk along Wailea beach trail
