DAY 1

Lunch: Quiero Arepas
100% dedicated gluten-free arepa restaurant in a cool shared community eatery. The kitchen is dedicated and they are able accommodate dairy-free diets as well. Tried the pabellon arepa.

Treat: Rheinlander Bakery
Not 100% gluten-free but they have tons of gluten-free options. Gluten-free items are baked separately and stored in their own dedicated gluten-free bakery case. Staff will change gloves and pack up items safely. I tried a biscotti, sticky bun, chocolate covered Oreo, peanut butter bon bon, and a cookies + creme cake.

Cocktails: Stem Ciders
Ciders are gluten-free and they have a few gluten-free food options, including gluten-free donuts.

Dinner: Root Down
A clearly labeled menu with an incredibly helpful staff. They have several dinner options, dedicated fryers, and gluten-free desserts. I ordered the Lamb Sliders on their homemade gluten-free buns with sweet potato fries. For desert I had their gluten-free and vegan chocolate truffles.
DAY 2

Breakfast: Rivers and Roads Coffee – City Park
A 100% dedicated gluten-free coffee shop with vegan and dairy-free breakfast and lunch options. The sausage breakfast sandwich was amazing and the donut holes are to die for!

Lunch: Teocalli Cocina
100% dedicated gluten-free Mexican restaurant in Denver. Birria tacos, fried fish tacos, chips, and the best part: gluten-free CHURROS! It’s amazing to be able to order anything off the menu.

Cocktails: Holidaily Brewing Company
The new tap room by Holidaily serving their 100% certified gluten-free beers. The actual brewery is located in Golden, CO. They have their 5 flagship beers always on tap, as well as 5 small batch experimental beers.
