Hi! Iโm Alex and I recently traveled to Paris! I found many safe spots to eat while managing my wheat allergy, and shared them on the Spokin appโthey are also all featured in this guide. Nut and Gluten-Free Paris Travel Itinerary
Hi! I'm Sammy. I manage a tree nut allergy and gluten intolerance, and I went to Paris, France, with my mom and sister for a girl's trip! A highlight of my trip was eating a gluten-free and nut-free baguette!! My favorite restaurant was Little Nonna, where I ate the best gluten-free pizza (the whole restaurant is gluten-free!). I flew Delta both ways and was able to board early to wipe down my seat! I donโt eat any plane food to be extra safe. I always have loads of snacks with me! Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Sweden Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hello! My name is Izzy and I spent a week traveling to Amsterdam and Copenhagen and 2 weeks studying at Lund University in Sweden! I found so many great spots that accommodated my tree nut, sesame, and salmon allergies. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were Impero Romano, Foodhallen, and Gastro None. We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time sightseeing at the Anne Frank House, took a wine and cheese tour of the Canal Copenhagen, and explored the botanical gardens in Lund!
