Peanut-Free Paris, France Top Picks

Hi! I’m Lizzie, and I recently traveled to Paris! I found many safe spots to eat while managing a severe peanut allergy and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my finds are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was Loulou, where I had delicious lamb chops! A fun thing to do if you are in Paris is a croissant-making class! “Not the best restaurant we ate at, but cute vibe if you’re peanut-free! Ate the truffle pasta and had a delicious cocktail.”

“Took an amazing croissant class with my fiancé here! Someone else in the class had a nut allergy, so it was nice to see how the instructor accommodated us both. One person did use almonds on their croissant, and was baked in the same oven as everyone else’s (including the girl with a tree nut allergy); it didn’t seem to bother her, but just an FYI! Everything was peanut-free.”

“This place was busy! We went for lunch to beat the crowds and got in line early. I was a little nervous because the service wasn’t the most personal, but we talked to several workers and they insisted there were no peanuts. The bottomless steak frites were amazing!”

“Possibly the best restaurant we ate at in Paris! The waitress was ridiculously knowledgeable and helpful, and also just a very kind person. I enjoyed every single course here, including dessert! Nothing beats this view!”
