Tree Nut and Sesame-Free Paris, France Top Picks

Hi! I’m Izzy, and I recently traveled to Paris! I found many safe spots to eat while managing tree nuts, sesame, and salmon allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my finds are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was Siena, where I had Cacio e Pepe out of a cheese wheel! A fun thing to do if you are in Paris is to go to the little shops on Rue Cler and get cheese and meat to have a picnic at the Eiffel Tower! Follow me on Spokin @izzytri12 to see my 321 reviews!

“Amazing food. Such amazing vibes here. Pasta in a cheese wheel, what could be bad? Once it’s 8:30 pm, they lower the lights and have live music around the restaurant. We absolutely loved this spot.”

“Amazing!! Same restaurant group as Au Cheval and 4 Charles in the city, but with a French twist. Really good vibes and food, and not many allergens were on the menu/waiters spoke perfect English.”

“Love this spot! Thank you, Spokin, because I had it saved before the trip. Safely had a crêpe here with caramel, banana, and strawberries. So delicious and the owner was kind and hysterical!”

Le Roch Hotel & Spa

“Loved this hotel! Such a cute boutique hotel in the 1st. Very helpful with allergies and in general. Helped us make some reservations. They also have a 24-hour pool in the spa, a steam room, and a hammam that was amazing.”

Caractère de Cochon

“Such delicious sandwiches!! They just have meat and cheese, and unseeded bread. But be prepared to wait, because it recently blew up on TikTok.”

“Super famous chef here in Paris. My boyfriend waited in line for like 35 minutes for pastries. They only had pastries with almonds, which are not a concern for me! We had a croissant and pain au chocolate, which were both incredible.”

Girafe Restaurant

“Sit outside and eat with amazing Eiffel Tower views! Such a cool experience. Got to watch the tower sparkle at 9! They had a whole list of allergens, as well, and were very educated.”

Ritz Paris Le Comptoir

“Was able to safely have a croissant here. There definitely was cross-contamination, but he took the croissants from the back where they weren’t touching the other pastries, which made me feel more comfortable. They also had an allergen list, which listed every ingredient in every pastry. But it did list ‘cross with nut’ under most pastries for an FYI.”

Rue Cler

Rue Cler

“Such a cute street near the Eiffel Tower to pick up cheese, meat, fruit, etc., for a picnic. Has lots of little marketplaces. Got cheese, meat, and fresh fruit from the stands, so delish.”

Chez Julien

“Delicious French bistro! Such good vibes-we sat outside. Not many nuts on the menu, and desserts were all nut-free, so I got to have crème brûlée!”
