Gluten-Free Greece Top Picks

Hi! Iโ€™m Christina and I recently traveled to Greece! I found many safe spots to eat while managing celiac, and shared them on the Spokin appโ€”they are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was
Greek Stories in Athens where I had cheese croquettes and traditional moussaka. A fun thing to do if you are in Greece is visit the island of Milos and take a boat tour around the island! For a more off the beaten track experience, Iโ€™d recommend renting a car and driving around Peloponnese. Highly recommend driving through Crete for less touristy vibes and genuine Greek hospitality. Peanut, Tree Nut, Dairy, and Egg-Free Scotland Top Picks

Hi! Iโ€™m Catherine, and I recently studied abroad in St Andrews, Scotland! I was able to find many spots to safely eat with my dairy, egg, peanut, and tree nut allergies. I am excited to share my favorite finds, and one of my absolute favorites was
Tailend, where I safely had the most incredible fish and chips (and visited there very often)! If you visit, make sure you check out the Uni campus at St Andrews where Prince William and Princess Kate first met, the 1000s era castle and cathedral, Fife Coastal path leading to the neighboring towns, Isle of Skye, and venture to Edinburgh to see all the medieval sites in arguably the most beautiful city- especially Edinburgh Castle and St Giles Cathedral!
