London

Harley’s Butchery & Rotisserie
Location: London, United Kingdom
“We kept seeing this place all over TikTok, so I was so excited to see there was already a positive review on Spokin! We ordered takeaway from here — Both the chicken caesar and the chicken mustard mayo sandwiches, with a side of potatoes and gravy. We loved everything!”

PizzaExpress
Location: London, United Kingdom
“We were in desperate need of a quick, easy meal in London and PizzaExpress saved the day. The staff was knowledgeable about allergens and knew right off the bat that the entire menu was nut-free. They also have an easily accessible and detailed allergen guide on their website. I recommend the thin, crispy Romana-style crust!”

The Red Lion, Parliament Street
Location: London, United Kingdom
“We had dinner at The Red Lion on our first night in London — It’s in a great location right by Big Ben and Westminster! Our server was knowledgeable about the allergens/ingredients on their menu and was more than happy to help me choose a safe dish. We really enjoyed getting a taste of the city with the pie sampler!”

The St George’s Tavern
Location: London, United Kingdom
“A classic British pub experience in Pimlico — Our waiter immediately brought over an iPad with the allergy menu after I told him about my allergy. It’s conveniently located close to Victoria Station!”

Vaudeville Theatre
Location: London, United Kingdom
“Simply had to see Six in West End while in London — We loved the show and loved the safe snack/drink options!”

Eccleston Hotel
Location: London, United Kingdom
“We really enjoyed our stay at Eccleston Hotel in Pimlico! It was in a great location — super close to Victoria Station and multiple grocery stores. We didn’t eat the hotel breakfast, so I can’t speak to the allergen situation there, but our rooms were clean and had decent-sized refrigerators. The staff here really stood out for being extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!”
The Cotswolds

Smiths
Location: Bourton-on-the-Water, United Kingdom
“We loved this hidden gem in Bourton-On-The-Water! The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They recommended that I avoid the chicken burger, but said everything else would be safe — They also use dedicated kitchen equipment for allergy orders, so they made my burger separately. Sit on their back patio if you can — It’s secluded and so beautiful.”

Hugo Lovage Patisserie
Location: Burford, United Kingdom
“My very best find in the Cotswolds! Our tour guide was raving about this bakery run by a Michelin-trained pastry chef, so we stopped by to get something for my dad — Without any hope it would be safe for my allergy. But to our surprise, the owner said her shop was peanut-free! With that news, we had to buy one of everything… Including lemon meringue, chocolate tarts, and shortbread cookies. I was too excited to remember to take pictures before we ate it all. This was a highlight of the trip for me!”
Paris

Bouillon Pigalle
Location: Paris, France
“We had dinner at Bouillon Pigalle before exploring the Montmartre neighborhood. Our waiter quickly brought over an allergen menu after I showed him my Equal Eats card — There were limited nuts on the menu, and I only saw peanuts listed in the desserts. I safely enjoyed the stuffed vegetables, fries, and ratatouille. Thank you to the other Spokin reviews for helping us find this safe spot!”

Gloria Osteria Paris
Location: Paris, France
“We were recommended the Big Mamma restaurant group by a friend, and it certainly did not disappoint. By this point in our trip, we were a little French-fooded out and in the mood for some pasta. We split the cacio e pepe al tarfuto, spaghetti alla vittorio, and paccheri al ragu — Everything was incredible! I used my Equal Eats card here, and the waiter assured me these dishes were safe. I even safely enjoyed the pavlova alle fragole for dessert. Bonus points for Gloria Osteria Paris for having air conditioning in this heat wave!”

Le Bosquet
Location: Paris, France
“We enjoyed sitting out on the patio for a classic French dinner! It’s close to the Eiffel Tower without being in too heavily trafficked of an area. I used my Equal Eats card and was able to safely eat the onion soup, steak frites, and tried escargot for the very first time!”

Les Cocottes
Location: Paris, France
“Had a truly amazing dinner at Les Cocottes! We were easily able to communicate my allergy to our waitress, and she was very friendly/proactive/knowledgable. We ordered the caesar salad, cordon bleu, and beef filet with mashed potatoes — Everything was delicious!”

Ô Chateau
Location: Paris, France
“We took an incredible French wine tasting class here! Our sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. There were charcuterie/cheese pairing options available during the class — None of which contained nuts. Highly recommend this experience!”

Biscuiterie de Montmartre
Location: Paris, France
“We stumbled upon this little macaroon shop while exploring Montmartre and decided to give it a try. I showed my Equal Eats card and the staff said that they did not use any peanuts in their recipes, but could not guarantee cross-contamination. We understood and felt comfortable trying — And I am so glad we did because their blueberry macaroon was my favorite dessert I had our whole trip!”

Ladurée
Location: Paris, France
“We found Ladurée from a Spokin review and were beyond excited to try French macarons! Of course I had to build a 12-pack since they do not have any peanut flavors. We loved them so much that we went back the next day for more. The chocolate and raspberry were my favorites!”

Maison Fleuret Ateliers Parisiens – The Baking School 3rd
Location: Paris, France
“We had such an amazing time at our croissant baking class! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and organized. This was definitely a highlight of our trip — Would love to go back one day for the macaroon class!”

Berthillon
Location: Paris, France
“Berthillon is a famous French gelato shop, and I was absolutely thrilled to find several Spokin reviews saying they were peanut-free! We stopped by their smaller stand (on the same street as their flagship location but further west on Saint Louis) and got dessert before walking over to Notre Dame. The dark chocolate flavor was delicious. We loved it so much we had to go back later during the trip!”

Hotel Muguet
Location: Paris, France
“We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Muguet — It was in a great location, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower! All the rooms/facilities were very clean, and they had impeccable air conditioning, too. Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in our room, but I was able to find safe food at the hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again!”
