For my top picks, if you’re in the mood for deep dish in Chicago, I’d recommend Chicago’s Pizza to get any deep dish flavor. If you’re looking for fun flavors, another favorite is Flatbread Company to get Jimmy’s Free-Range Chicken. And if you want a dedicated gluten free restaurant, you may have to travel to Spain and visit Messie Sin Gluten or Budapest and visit Nongluten. Hi! I’m Kelly and I recently traveled to France where I visited Paris and Nice with some day trips to Antibes, Eze, and Monaco. I was able to find many safe spots to eat while managing a shellfish allergy! I’ve shared them all on the Spokin app and they’re featured in this guide. It’s so hard to pick favorites because everything was truly amazing! But if I had to pick one I think it would be Marius Monaco where I had an incredible tomato appetizer that was bursting with flavor and a comforting beef tenderloin dish with polenta and vegetables. And if you ever find yourself in the south of France you definitely have to check out Eze! It was such a cool place to wander around and had great views. Hi! I'm Carlin, and I recently traveled to Europe for the first time to visit my sister who was studying abroad in London! One of my favorites was the Chilltern Firehouse in London, where I safely had fresh tomato flatbread, citrus chicken, and watermelon sorbet for dessert. Nut and Gluten-Free Paris Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Sammy. I manage a tree nut allergy and gluten intolerance, and I went to Paris, France, with my mom and sister for a girl's trip! A highlight of my trip was eating a gluten-free and nut-free baguette!! My favorite restaurant was Little Nonna, where I ate the best gluten-free pizza (the whole restaurant is gluten-free!). I flew Delta both ways and was able to board early to wipe down my seat! I don’t eat any plane food to be extra safe. I always have loads of snacks with me!
