Ireland Allergy-Friendly Local Guide
Hi! Iโm Lindiwe from @behindtheallergy. I recently moved to Ireland, and Iโm allergic to peanuts, nuts, sesame, lentils, chickpeas, peas, shellfish, kiwi, pineapple, and horses and have found many safe places in Clonakilty, Cork, Dublin, and Valentia Island. Iโm so excited to share my favorite safe spots! My favorite places to eat are Sophieโs in Cork or Hawksmoor in Dublin where I get steak and baby potatoes or sweet potato (Iโm a creature of habit) and Elephant & Castle in Galway where I have a burger and fries. If youโre visiting or live in Ireland, thereโs so much to do and see! My top recommendations are Inchydoney to have a drink and go for a walk on the beach and the chocolate making workshop at Tory Top Chocolate in Cork.
