Dairy-Free Ireland and Scotland Top Picks

Hi! I’m Jacqueline, and I recently traveled to Ireland and Scotland! I found several safe spots to eat while managing my dairy allergy and shared them on the Spokin app — they are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was Nova Pizza, where I had Spaghettone Novapizza. A fun thing to do if you are in the area is walk through Edinburgh, and if you have time, take a tour of the vaults under the city! There is so much to see and the architecture is stunning. Novapizza Vegan Kitchen

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

“Vegan Italian in Scotland! Was shocked to find two Roman vegan restaurants on this trip. The staff here is extremely helpful. Even at a vegan restaurant it’s important to mention my severe dairy allergy, and upon doing so here, waitstaff checked on cross contamination possibilities from outside products! There were two dishes they suggest I steer clear of. They had a binder with allergen info including cross-contamination! This was the most delicious food and I hope I will be back one day.”
