Sarah’s Favorite Allergy-Friendly Colorado Treat Spots

Hi! I’m Sarah, and I’m excited to share our favorite spots to get treats in Colorado! Our boys have managed a range of allergies including peanut, hazelnut, walnut, dairy, egg, and sunflower although now after treatment, they are now able to eat these foods. Our favorite ice cream shop is Gelato&Co. where love to get strawberry or mango sorbet and our favorite bakery is Desert Donuts and we highly recommend getting the Gila Monster. Boulder Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary

I’m Dave, and I’m 51 years old. I’ve been gluten-free for six years and dairy-free for one year. My wife and I love hiking and this was the fifth year in a row that we’ve traveled to the Denver, Colorado area. We stayed five nights at a Residence Inn hotel in Longmont, CO. We love that the rooms have a full kitchen and we prepare at least one meal a day there. We also love that hotel’s location is within walking distance of Sprouts and Whole Foods. Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our favorite things to do together. We plan a 2-4 mile hike every day there or at other nearby parks. While in the area, I always plan a visit to Holidaily’s certified gluten-free brewery in Golden, Colorado. Our favorite restaurants are Reelfish + Chips and Teocalli Cucina, which are both in nearby Lafayette.
