University of Denver Allergy-Friendly College Campus Guide
Hi! I'm Natalie and I attend the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. I'm a junior and double majoring in Gender, Womenโs, and Sexuality Studies and Psychology. After graduation, I would love to go to graduate school to get a degree in either clinical psychology or human sexuality and I would like to live abroad! My dream is to live in the Italy in the countryside, making art, eating homemade pasta and drinking wine โย Iโm so thankful to anyone sharing reviews in Italy to help make that dream a reality! I manage peanut and tree nut allergies and follow me on the Spokin app @natalie where I have shared 768 reviews!
Inaโs Top Allergy-Friendly Asian Food Picks
Hi! Iโm Ina and in honor of Lunar New Year Iโm excited to share my favorite restaurants where my daughter safely ate with her allergies to peanuts, milk and egg. My finds feature places located in our home state of Colorado as well as from travels to New York. One of my favorites was Samwoojung in New York City where we devoured the Seoul Bulgogi cooked with beautiful and simple ingredients tableside. I really want people to know that the stereotype that Asian food is inherently โunsafeโ for food allergies overlooks just how vast, regional, and ingredient-diverse Asian cuisines truly are. Follow me on Spokin @asianallergymom to see my 29 reviews and on Insta @theasianallergymom!

Boulder Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Iโm Dave, and Iโm 51 years old. Iโve been gluten-free for six years and dairy-free for one year. My wife and I love hiking and this was the fifth year in a row that weโve traveled to the Denver, Colorado area. We stayed five nights at a Residence Inn hotel in Longmont, CO. We love that the rooms have a full kitchen and we prepare at least one meal a day there. We also love that hotelโs location is within walking distance of Sprouts and Whole Foods. Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our favorite things to do together. We plan a 2-4 mile hike every day there or at other nearby parks. While in the area, I always plan a visit to Holidailyโs certified gluten-free brewery in Golden, Colorado. Our favorite restaurants are Reelfish + Chips and Teocalli Cucina, which are both in nearby Lafayette. Check out everywhere we ate on the Spokin app @glutenfreedave or on Instagram @glutenfree.dave!
Denver Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi friends! Iโm Katelyn, a 27 year old from Arizona with celiac disease. I recently spent 24 hours in Denver, Colorado with my husband and we managed to visit tons of dedicated gluten-free bakeries and restaurants! Denver is one of the most celiac-friendly cities in the U.S. with over 20+ dedicated gluten-free spots! I shared all of my recommendations on the Spokin app @eatglutenfreeaz and you can also follow along with my gluten-free adventures on Instagram @eatglutenfreeaz.
