DAY 1

Cocktails: Holidaily Brewing Company
Holidaily Brewing’s Denver Tech Center Tap Room features 12 certified gluten-free beers on tap. The beers include their popular Favorite Blonde, Big Henry Hazy IPA, and Fat Randy IPA. They have an ever changing menu of small batch and seasonal beers. There are currently no food options, but you can bring in your own food to enjoy with their beers.
DAY 2

Lunch: bartaco
Bartaco is one of my favorite chain restaurants. They don’t have a location in KC, so if I’m in a city with one, I always visit it. Their menu is 95% gluten-free. They have a huge variety of tacos, and the duck tacos are my favorite. This location in Boulder also serves Holidaily Brewing’s certified gluten-free Favorite Blonde. Cheers!

Treat: Kim and Jake’s Bakery
I love their Peasant and Hearty Loafs. I pick up a few loaves whenever I’m in the area to bring home. They freeze well. We also bought a two foot long baguette on our last visit. I am obsessed! Perfectly chewy!

Shopping: Sprouts Farmers Market
Sprouts has the best selection of dairy-free options that I’ve found. Lots of hard to find items like Kite Hill Ricotta and Miyoko’s Creamery Liquid Pizza Cheese. I’m also a huge fan of the fresh product quality and selection. I’m thankful this location is so close to hotels we stay at in the area.

Shopping: Whole Foods Market
I love the huge selection of allergy-friendly specialty items at Whole Foods. We picked up everything we needed to make gluten and dairy-free Pad Thai in our nearby hotel room.

Sightseeing:
Golden Ponds Park hike
DAY 3

Dinner: Reelfish Fish & Chips
Safe fish and chips is a rare gluten-free find, and Reelfish serves some of the best I’ve ever had! The restaurant is 95% gluten-free. The only gluten in the building is a few buns, malt vinegar, and beer, which are easy to avoid. I’ve been here many times and always enjoy the cod fish and chips. I finally tried their fried clams. I’m obsessed and won’t visit again without ordering them again! They serve several Holidaily Brewing certified gluten-free beers, including my favorite, Big Henry Hazy IPA. Cheers!

Sightseeing:
Rocky Mountain National Park hike to Gem Lake
DAY 4

Lunch: QDOBA Mexican Eats
I’ve eaten here a few times and have never had an issue. I love the variety of gluten-free toppings for a burrito bowl. Another big bonus is their corn chips are prepared in a dedicated gluten-free fryer!

Dinner: Teocalli Cocina
I recently enjoyed my third visit to Teocalli. The restaurant has a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and menu. The only gluten in the building is beer from their bar. Fortunately, they also serve Holidaily Brewing’s certified gluten-free Favorite Blonde. My wife and I always share an order of chips and salsa. I am a huge fan of their fish tacos!

Sightseeing:
North Table Mountain Park Hike in Golden, CO
DAY 5

Lunch: Quiero Arepas
Quiero Arepas is a dedicated gluten-free restaurant inside the Avanti food court. I am obsessed with their LA Original Arepa that is loaded with avocado, black beans, and fried plantains. The fried plantains are so good, I usually order a side of them to go with my meal.

Treat: Dairy Queen
I am thankful that Dairy Queen sells a gluten and dairy-free Dilly Bar. I tested it with my NIMA Partners sensor, and no gluten was found. What a tasty treat!

Sightseeing:
Rocky Mountain National Park hike around Bear Lake and to and from Emerald Lake
