Hi, Iโm Lauryn and Iโm excited to show off my favorite spots around the globe! I have found many safe (but delicious!) places to eat while managing celiac and peanut, hazelnut, dairy, soy, flax, and corn allergies. One of my favorite places to eat is Lilli & Loo where I got gluten-free dumplings (my favorite food!) and for sweet treats, check out Gati in Austin for ice cream or Copains in Paris for beautiful pastries. I love when I get to experience fine dining restaurants such as Kiin in Toronto or JATAK in Copenhagen, because they go above and beyond with my allergies. Christina’s Favorite Celiac-Safe Austin Spots
Hi! Iโm Christina and I recently moved to Austin from Brooklyn and Iโm excited to show off some of my favorite spots in my new home in Austin, Texas! I have found many safe places to eat in the area while managing celiac. One of my favorite places to eat is Nixta Taqueria where I got duck carnitas and for sweet treat, check out OMG Squee and Iโd recommend their classic taiyaki sundae. Austin Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi! Iโm Abby, and Iโm 19 years old. I live in Houston, Texas, and I go to Austin quite frequently for fun weekend trips. Since being diagnosed with gluten, soy, peanut, tree nut, sesame, and egg white allergies, our go-to restaurants quickly changed! Austin is a pretty outdoorsy city, so you canโt visit without hiking at the Barton Creek Greenbelt, paddle-boarding on Lake Austin, and watching a sunset at Mt. Bonnell. But of course, one of the reasons I love Austin is because of how many allergy-friendly restaurants there are. Check out all of the places I ate at on the Spokin app @abbykohl or on my Instagram @safeandfreefoodie!
