Hi, Iโm Lauryn and Iโm excited to show off my favorite spots around the globe! I have found many safe (but delicious!) places to eat while managing celiac and peanut, hazelnut, dairy, soy, flax, and corn allergies. One of my favorite places to eat is Lilli & Loo where I got gluten-free dumplings (my favorite food!) and for sweet treats, check out Gati in Austin for ice cream or Copains in Paris for beautiful pastries. I love when I get to experience fine dining restaurants such as Kiin in Toronto or JATAK in Copenhagen, because they go above and beyond with my allergies. Nut-Free Copenhagen Top Picks
Hi! Iโm Natalie, and I recently traveled to Copenhagen! I found many safe spots to eat while managing allergies to peanuts, pistachios, cashews, and brazil nuts, and shared them on the Spokin appโall of my finds are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was definitely the dinner and experience I had at the Folkehust Absalon! The food was amazing, my friend and I met some very nice locals, and played a game of cards together in the beautiful church! I ate housemade bread, herb potatoes, vegetable soup, and a delightful pale ale! A fun thing to do if you are in Reffen is to enjoy tastes of the world on the water at Reffen Street Food. Tivoli is another great attraction worth seeing. It has an abundance of cute gifts, souvenirs, rides, a diverse dining center, and the cutest decor! Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Sweden Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hello! My name is Izzy and I spent a week traveling to Amsterdam and Copenhagen and 2 weeks studying at Lund University in Sweden! I found so many great spots that accommodated my tree nut, sesame, and salmon allergies. Some of my favorite spots from the trip were Impero Romano, Foodhallen, and Gastro None. We visited lots of restaurants but also spent time sightseeing at the Anne Frank House, took a wine and cheese tour of the Canal Copenhagen, and explored the botanical gardens in Lund!
