Hi! I’m Lauren and I recently studied abroad in Paris, France! I was able to find many safe spots to safely eat at while managing peanut, tree nut, vegetable, and fruit allergies. One of my favorite places to eat was Marcello, located at the base of Montmartre, where I safely had a delicious Margherita pizza before enjoying the beautiful view! I also visited Patate for French fries, which I sat down and ate along the Seine! If you visit, a must-do activity is visiting the Palace of Versailles to spend time wandering the gardens and biking around! I have found many safe (but delicious!) places to eat while managing celiac and peanut, hazelnut, dairy, soy, flax, and corn allergies. One of my favorite places to eat is Lilli & Loo where I got gluten-free dumplings (my favorite food!) and for sweet treats, check out Gati in Austin for ice cream or Copains in Paris for beautiful pastries. I love when I get to experience fine dining restaurants such as JATAK in Copenhagen, because they went above and beyond with my allergies.
