Tree Nut and Sesame-Free London Travel Guide

Hi! I’m Izzy and I recently traveled to London and Paris! I found many safe spots to eat while managing a tree nut and sesame allergy and shared them on the Spokin app—all of my London finds are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was one of my favorites was the Devonshire, a nut free restaurant, where i had the most amazing stick and fries and sticky toffy pudding! Dairy, Nut, and Sesame-Free London, Paris, Chamonix, and Geneva Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Carlin, and I recently traveled to Europe for the first time to visit my sister who was studying abroad in London! I found several safe spots to eat in London, Paris, and Geneva while managing peanut, tree nut, milk, sesame, and shrimp allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—they are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was the Chilltern Firehouse in London, where I safely had fresh tomato flatbread, citrus chicken, and watermelon sorbet for dessert. My favorite part of the trip was our day trip from Geneva, Switzerland to Chamonix, France, where I took a tram into the Alps and could see the French, Swiss, and Italian Alps. Scotland + London Nut Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary

London Food Allergy-Friendly City Guide

There are so many reasons to fall in love with London. From the double decker buses to the British Museum, the Beatles and the Queen — we're obsessed with all things British.  For food allergy families, the iconic city is an ideal international destination, and not just because they speak English. Since 2014, restaurants and packaged foods are required by law to provide ingredient information on 14 of the top food allergens (top 8 + sesame, mustard, molluscs, celery, lupin, sulphur dioxides/sulphites). Between these high allergen standards and high tea, we may never leave!
