Hi! I’m Tess Ferm and I’m so excited to show off some of my favorite spots in my hometown of Charleston, South Carolina! As someone living with tree nut and sesame allergies, finding safe places to eat has always been important to me. Food allergy advocacy is a huge part of who I am and my platform, and I love helping others feel more confident dining out with allergies. One of my favorite places to eat is Three Little Birds Cafe where I got a Greek salad! Throughout this guide, I’m sharing some of my go to restaurants, favorite allergy friendly finds, and places where I’ve had positive experiences communicating with staff about food allergies. Tree Nut + Gluten-Free Pawleys Island Top Picks

Hi! I’m Kayla and we have a second home in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. I found several safe spots to eat while managing celiac and tree nut allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—they are also all featured in this guide! One of my favorites was The Independent, where I safely had the crab soup and scallops.
