Celiac-Safe Iceland Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Emily, I have celiac disease, and I recently went to Iceland for a week! A highlight of my trip was getting to see the Northern Lights! I love how celiac-friendly Reykjavik was, I was able to eat at so many places. We had long days traveling on a bus so we ate a lot packed lunches and snacks, but we still made time to try out a few places!
