Day 1
Lunch: Copains Marais
“I’m giving it a watch out because of my nut allergy. They use a lot of nuts, so would avoid. But if you are only gluten-free, this is safe for you because it’s a 100% gluten-free bakery.”
Dinner: Little Nonna
“I recently just went back to Paris and ate here twice because it was so good and I felt so safe! I showed the waiter my Equal Eats allergy card—definitely make sure your waiter speaks English. I got a Caesar salad and pizza. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Oh, and the restaurant is 100% gluten-free! So many options. Safely ate here with my nut allergy”
Sightseeing: Walk around the Marais and popped into the numerous shops & boutiques
Day 2
Lunch: Boulangerie Chambelland Oberkampf
“100% gluten-free bakery! A lot of their desserts and breads have nuts, but I was able to talk to a waiter who spoke English and she assured me the focaccia and baguette didn’t have any nuts. There was one pastry without nuts but I didn’t try it. Definitely make sure the person you speak to speaks English to ensure you are safe. Would definitely go back!”
Dinner: Cafe Charlot
“Such a cute spot! Loved it here I came twice for dinner on my trip! Showed the waiter my Equal Eats allergy card and he reassured me I was okay. Got a Cesar salad and then fish for my entree—the fish came out plain so I definitely know they understood my allergy.”
Sightseeing: Musee d’Orsay
Sightseeing: Louvre

“100% gluten-free restaurant! Safely ate the lasagna and it was so good. Just because I’m extra nervous, I didn’t get a dessert as I saw pistachios on the menu.”
