Hi friends! I’m Katelyn, a 27 year old from Arizona with celiac disease. I recently spent 24 hours in Denver, Colorado with my husband and we managed to visit tons of dedicated gluten-free bakeries and restaurants! Denver is one of the most celiac-friendly cities in the U.S. with over 20+ dedicated gluten-free spots! I shared all of my recommendations on the Spokin app @eatglutenfreeaz and you can also follow along with my gluten-free adventures on Instagram @eatglutenfreeaz.

Hi, y’all! My name is Jenna Urben, and I’m a 29 year old food blogger from Dallas, TX. I developed an egg allergy in high school and lactose intolerance in college. My husband and I love to travel and recently became annual passholders at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida! In addition to experiencing the rides, attractions, and shows, I really enjoy trying new allergy friendly and plant based food throughout the parks. During our most recent 3-day trip, I was beyond impressed with the options and can’t wait to share them with you. Some of my favorite spots included TODAY Cafe, inspired by the long-running morning show, and Mythos, a full-service, award-winning restaurant.
