This “blend of rice and potato starches, rice and soy flour, sugar, thickeners and dietary fiber”, combined with our daily preparation and hand-stretched techniques ensure that our gluten-free pizzas are some of the best available. Although we are not a gluten-free facility, our gluten-free pizzas are prepared with their own utensils and cooked in their own wood-fired oven to prevent any cross-contamination.”

Upon arrival, they alerted me the margarita pizza sauce had egg in it so they subbed it with something else, and assured me it was all prepared by chef on separate trays. We were immediately greeted, and we said we are a food allergy family. “Great! What do we need to manage tonight?” Wow! We gave our list, and the server knew almost everything off the top of her head, including mustard, yet asked for a few minutes because she wanted to double check and confirm the dough doesn’t have sesame in it. Wow, again! As we are teaching our son how to vet places, he said…”mom, this seems like it will work!” What a treat! He was excited to build his own pizza with garlic spread, Daiya cheese, pineapple, and red onions.”
