Boulder Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
I’m Dave, and I’m 51 years old. I’ve been gluten-free for six years and dairy-free for one year. My wife and I love hiking and this was the fifth year in a row that we’ve traveled to the Denver, Colorado area. We stayed five nights at a Residence Inn hotel in Longmont, CO. We love that the rooms have a full kitchen and we prepare at least one meal a day there. We also love that hotel’s location is within walking distance of Sprouts and Whole Foods. Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of our favorite things to do together. We plan a 2-4 mile hike every day there or at other nearby parks. While in the area, I always plan a visit to Holidaily’s certified gluten-free brewery in Golden, Colorado. Our favorite restaurants are Reelfish + Chips and Teocalli Cucina, which are both in nearby Lafayette. Check out everywhere we ate on the Spokin app @glutenfreedave or on Instagram @glutenfree.dave!

California Road Trip Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi, I’m Lisa Horne of the blog Food Allergy P.I., and host of the Food Allergy Talk podcast. My oldest son has anaphylactic food allergies to peanut, tree nuts, shellfish, oat, garlic, sweet potato, watermelon, and pear. I also help my husband manage fibromyalgia along with his food allergies: pea, mushroom, avocado, mustard, sesame, onion, and lima bean. Our most recent journey took us up the historic Pacific Coast Highway, through a small Danish Village, and to a stop on the way home that was recently made famous in a Netflix kid’s movie. Browse all of my reviews on the Spokin app @foodallergypi and Instagram @foodallergypi. You can also find my tips, tricks, recipes, and more on my blog, foodallergypi.com.
Madison, Wisconsin Dairy and Egg Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hey there, I’m Jenna and I’m 23 years old! I live in Los Angeles and I’m allergic to dairy, eggs, beef, and pork. I recently spent a few days in Madison, Wisconsin to visit my parents! I was surprised to find some amazing dairy-free spots in Madison that included Miko Poke (vegan Dole Whip, yes please!) and Sookie’s Veggie Burgers. I loved getting to explore the lakes and spend time in nature as well! Check out all of the places I ate at on Spokin @jennatso8 and keep up with the rest of my adventures on Instagram @tsoyum!
