Peanut, Tree Nut, and Shellfish-Free Germany, Portugal, and Italy Top Picks

Hi! I’m Lizzie, and I recently traveled to Europe for the first time with my fiancé and went to Germany, Italy, and Portugal! I found several safe spots to eat and drink while managing my peanut, tree nut, and shellfish allergies and shared them on the

We had the best pasta of our lives here - the fresh egg ravioli with truffle. A fun thing to do if you are in Florence is to take a wine tour to Tuscany, or in Rome, take a pasta-making cooking class! “Cook with us in Rome” was amazing with allergies.
