Hi! I’m Parker and I recently studied abroad in Bologna, Italy! I was able to find many spots to safely eat with my peanut, tree nut, soy and corn allergies. I am excited to share my favorite finds and one of my absolute favorites was La Capriata, where I safely had Bolognese tagliatelle! Rome Tree Nut and Gluten-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi! I’m Lindsay, I manage a tree nut allergy and avoid gluten, and I went to Italy for 6 days! A highlight of the trip was the Champions League football (soccer) game - Lazio vs Bayern. My favorite restaurant was Cucina del Teatro, where I ate beef fillet with “four peppers” sauce and rosemary potatoes!
