Wheat-Free Paris Top Picks

Hi! I’m Alex and I recently traveled to Paris! I found many safe spots to eat while managing my wheat allergy, and shared them on the Spokin app—they are also all featured in this guide. Nut and Gluten-Free Paris Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Sammy. I manage a tree nut allergy and gluten intolerance, and I went to Paris, France, with my mom and sister for a girl's trip! A highlight of my trip was eating a gluten-free and nut-free baguette!! My favorite restaurant was Little Nonna, where I ate the best gluten-free pizza (the whole restaurant is gluten-free!). I flew Delta both ways and was able to board early to wipe down my seat! I don’t eat any plane food to be extra safe. I always have loads of snacks with me!
