Shellfish-Free Nice and Monaco Top Picks

Hi! I’m Kelly and I recently traveled to France where I visited Paris and Nice with some day trips to Antibes, Eze, and Monaco. I was able to find many safe spots to eat while managing a shellfish allergy! I’ve shared them all on the Spokin app and they’re featured in this guide. It’s so hard to pick favorites because everything was truly amazing! But if I had to pick one I think it would be Marius Monaco where I had an incredible tomato appetizer that was bursting with flavor and a comforting beef tenderloin dish with polenta and vegetables. And if you ever find yourself in the south of France you definitely have to check out Eze! It was such a cool place to wander around and had great views. Nut and Gluten-Free Paris Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Sammy. I manage a tree nut allergy and gluten intolerance, and I went to Paris, France, with my mom and sister for a girl's trip! A highlight of my trip was eating a gluten-free and nut-free baguette!! My favorite restaurant was
Little Nonna, where I ate the best gluten-free pizza (the whole restaurant is gluten-free!). I flew Delta both ways and was able to board early to wipe down my seat! I don’t eat any plane food to be extra safe. I always have loads of snacks with me! Follow me on Spokin @swolfe and follow me on Instagram @nutfreenomz.
