Greece Wheat-Free Travel Itinerary
Hi! My name is Alex Adams and I’m an adventurous foodie living in Miami Beach, Florida. I discovered I have a wheat allergy in 2019 and have been gluten-free ever since. While a bit more challenging sometimes, I love to travel, experience different cuisines, and find restaurant gems near and far. Last summer, I went on an 8-day trip to Greece and got engaged! We had so many wonderful meals of fresh fish, delicious cheeses, plenty of Greek salad and great cocktails. Santorini was the perfect island for a romantic getaway where we could wine and dine at spots like Venetsanos Winery with a multi-course, gluten-free wine pairing lunch, and we finished the trip celebrating at beautiful beach clubs in Mykonos. Paris Nut Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary
Hi, my name is Riya! I’m 17 years old, live in New Jersey, and manage peanut, tree nut, and shellfish allergies. For our summer trip, we visited Paris, France! We went to many different places including the Louvre, Monet’s Gardens, and the Vendome. We visited during Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week, so we saw a few celebrities and models at the Paris Ritz. The cooking class we took was definitely a highlight. We also visited the Eiffel Tower and went to a few restaurants nearby. Check out all of the amazing places I ate @riyamiglani on the Spokin App, and find me on Instagram @riyamiglani10!

London, Amsterdam + Paris Peanut Allergy-Friendly + Vegan Travel Itinerary
Hi, I’m Bre and I’m 26 years old. I have a peanut allergy and am also vegan, but I don’t let my dietary restrictions limit my love for travel. In April, I spent a week in Europe and visited London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Some of my favorite restaurants on the trip were Temple of Seitan, Mr. and Mrs. Watson, and Riz Riz. Overall, the cities we visited were great with food allergies and I found that most restaurants had a readily available allergen menu (in English!) and were willing to make accommodations. In addition to restaurants, we also went to many museums, a couple concerts, and even a football (soccer) match. If you’d like to see more of my reviews from Europe and beyond, follow me on Spokin @the1bre and on Instagram @peanutfree_vegan.
