Dairy, Nut, and Sesame-Free London, Paris, Chamonix, and Geneva Travel Itinerary

Hi! I'm Carlin, and I recently traveled to Europe for the first time to visit my sister who was studying abroad in London! I found several safe spots to eat in London, Paris, and Geneva while managing peanut, tree nut, milk, sesame, and shrimp allergies and shared them on the Spokin app—they are also all featured in this guide. One of my favorites was the
Chilltern Firehouse in London, where I safely had fresh tomato flatbread, citrus chicken, and watermelon sorbet for dessert. My favorite part of the trip was our day trip from Geneva, Switzerland to Chamonix, France, where I took a tram into the Alps and could see the French, Swiss, and Italian Alps. Italy Peanut and Tree Nut-Free Travel Itinerary

Hi! My name is Allie, I manage peanut and tree nut allergies, and I spent 11 days in Italy for my honeymoon! Some of my favorite restaurants I went to were Braceria All'11 in Florence (we went twice it was so good!) and Midnight Sun Minori. At Midnight Sun Minori, we had the lemon pasta and the owner even sat down, talked, and drank wine with us! In between my allergy-friendly finds, I saw the Leaning Tower of Pisa, swam in the Mediterranean, took a ferry to Positano, and so much more!
