Lauryn’s Favorite Celiac and Allergy-Friendly Global Spots
Hi, I’m Lauryn and I’m excited to show off my favorite spots around the globe! I have found many safe (but delicious!) places to eat while managing celiac and peanut, hazelnut, dairy, soy, flax, and corn allergies. One of my favorite places to eat is Lilli & Loo where I got gluten-free dumplings (my favorite food!) and for sweet treats, check out Gati in Austin for ice cream or Copains in Paris for beautiful pastries. I love when I get to experience fine dining restaurants such as JATAK in Copenhagen, because they went above and beyond with my allergies. Ireland Allergy-Friendly Local Guide
Hi! I’m Lindiwe from @behindtheallergy. I recently moved to Ireland, and I’m allergic to peanuts, nuts, sesame, lentils, chickpeas, peas, shellfish, kiwi, pineapple, and horses and have found many safe places in Clonakilty, Cork, Dublin, and Valentia Island. I’m so excited to share my favorite safe spots! My favorite places to eat are Sophie’s in Cork or Hawksmoor in Dublin where I get steak and baby potatoes or sweet potato (I’m a creature of habit) and Elephant & Castle in Galway where I have a burger and fries. If you’re visiting or live in Ireland, there’s so much to do and see! My top recommendations are Inchydoney to have a drink and go for a walk on the beach and the chocolate making workshop at Tory Top Chocolate in Cork.
