“Amazing high tea experience! So accommodating, and my desserts came out with a nut-free tag. The food and tea were amazing, and the staff was equally as amazing with allergies and service.”

Blacklock

“This review is for Blacklock Covent Garden.  Very educated server, Shane. He reassured me that they do indeed have a shellfish product (Crayfish cocktail), alongside a shrimp-style paste for another dish, but they prep on another side of the kitchen. Also, the chef will use gloves and separate pans depending on the dish as needed. This was reassuring as I have a severe shellfish allergy. Had a wonderful meal here!”

“I was able to safely eat the viral chocolate-covered strawberries!
The worker said the allergens include soy and milk.

The line looked intimidating, but went crazy fast. Yummy!”

The Breakfast Club Soho

The Breakfast Club Soho

“Went here twice for a couple reasons. One, the days I went, the staff intentionally asked each customer about allergies when taking orders as part of their protocol (it seems). This was much appreciated, and I felt supported as someone who has a severe shellfish allergy. Two, the food rocks, and I had to come back to dig deeper into their menu the next day. A great experience on both occasions.”

Bill’s Soho Restaurant

“Bills was incredible! The food was a 10 out of 10! The waiter was so knowledgeable and knew about every intricacy of what we wanted to order. The menu had a QR code that helped a lot, and then the waiter was able to tell us if for sure there would be zero issues with cross-contamination. If this restaurant was in NY, we’d be going weekly!”

“Borough 22 Doughnuts is amazing, and I’m
Shocked no one has reviewed it already! It’s right inside of the Selfridges food hall. They are a dedicated top-14 allergen-free donut shop. We were right around the corner from them and went almost every day. Sooo yummy.”

Hawksmoor Air Street

“This company goes above and beyond in educating their staff. They have brought in a real allergy reactor to share his thoughts on allergies in restaurants. The waiters are thoughtful and proactive. I love coming here, the prices are steep, but if you are traveling or have a function/celebration, this is your spot (or if you have money). From the starter, the main wine brings you everything. There are other locations too!”
