San Diego Allergy-Friendly Travel Itinerary

I’m Lisa Horne, the mom behind the blog, Food Allergy P.I. As the mom of a teen with anaphylactic food allergies, I’ve learned to be a detective of all things food, fun and everything in-between. While food allergies can be tough, with a little research and planning we still enjoy life! Our most recent adventure took us to San Diego, California for a week in a VRBO. While we ordered groceries and made most of our meals at the vacation rental, we also visited a couple restaurants, bakeries and even a local amusement park where we enjoyed allergy-friendly food finds!
