1. GROM

“Ice cream shop in Milan that has their own containers, scoops, and even lids which I loved because every flavor had their own container, like one of those grocery store food bars that have soup. I have never come across an ice cream shop like that and it made me feel safe because there was no chance of cross-contamination and ice cream doesn’t fall into another flavor. There weren’t any allergens listed on their menu but they had a QR code at the register you can scan and view the allergens. Unfortunately, I had no service so the menu wouldn’t load but I asked the worker and she assured me there is no dairy or nut products in the strawberry and lemon flavor.”

2. GluFree Bakery

“If you are in Milan, you must visit GluFree Bakery! I ordered a Nutella croissant, vanilla cream croissant, plain croissant, pizza, and rice ball. The croissants were the size of regular ones! I could not believe everything in the bakery was gluten-free (and celiac-safe). It was my first time enjoying a rice ball in over two years! I will be back in the future.”

3. PanPerMe – senza glutine a Milano

“Dedicated gluten-free bakery! They also have a ton of lactose-free options. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin, double chocolate chip muffin, ham and cheese sandwich, and a Nutella tart. Everything I ate tasted better than I could’ve imagined! I love eating from dedicated gluten-free bakeries and recommend visiting this one.”
