1. My Heart – Pizze, Hamburger e Piadine Gluten-Free e Lactose-Free
“A delicious 100% gluten-free restaurant in Milan with amazing gluten-free calzones and pizza! The staff is so kind. The perfect treat after a day of shopping and sightseeing!”

2. McDonald’s Milano Duomo
“Gluten-free McDonald’s! The cheeseburgers are celiac-safe, packed and cooked separately, and are on Schär gluten-free buns. The buns don’t fall apart and are SO good! The fries aren’t celiac-safe per what I read online, but they have parmesan snack size sticks that are perfect on the side!”

3. Da Zero
“Delicious pizza!! Staff speaks great English and are educated on allergies. All ingredients are listed on the menu, so there are no surprises. They have lactose-free mozzarella, allergen warnings on the menu, and can make substitutions. Not quite sure if there are gluten-free pizza options though, but they do have celiac-friendly dishes.”

5. NOWHERE – Coffee & Community
“My favorite breakfast place in all of Milan! So so beyond delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and are so welcoming and kind. They are very patient and helpful when it comes to allergies and will walk you through the menu to help you find something safe to eat. If you are a big coffee drinker, their coffee is exceptional. Overall an awesome dining experience!”

6. Osteria Da Fortunata – Brera
“The menu has the standard list of allergens that was very helpful, but the waiter was great about checking with the chef to confirm my son‘s food would be nut-free. The pasta is homemade and wonderful, so he enjoyed it. Meanwhile, I had the gluten-free rabbit, which was wonderful, and they actually had gluten-free options for dessert with a wonderful whipped cream and wine dessert that was wonderful.”

8. Ristorante Vista Duomo
“Absolutely amazing to accommodate allergies! I handed over my allergy card and they immediately found a safe option while taking the necessary precautions. I was able to eat a delicious gluten-free pasta with seafood!”

9. Vik Pellico Otto Restaurant
“If you’re in the mood to splurge and have on a fabulous outfit you can’t wait to show off, AND you’re hungry, Vik Pellico is the place to go. It’s located inside the Galleria Vik Milano hotel and overlooks the Galleria Emmanuel. The risotto I ordered was gluten-free and SO indulgent. The cocktails are amazing. Portion sizes are a bit small. They even brought out gluten-free bread for me! I do recommend taking a card that lists Celiac disease and all the restrictions to show your server, so they can confirm with the chefs that the dish you want can be prepared gluten-free.”

10. Mama Eat – Gluten-free Restaurant & Pizzeria
“Gluten-free restaurant! Wow wow wow! The food was amazing and they had great waiters. They showed my nut allergy card to the kitchen which made me feel more safe. I got the pizza… the two times I went!”
