The Delta Skyclub – LGA Airport
“The sky club features allergen labels on all their buffet items and serves sun butter instead of nut butter! They were very allergy aware! I safely ate breakfast here and have many times in the past!”

Delta Airlines
“I flew Delta round trip this week from NYC to Chicago. The flight crew was very accommodating offering pre-boarding, a buffer and an announcement. The flight attendant even went as far as asking me if I wanted to read all the snack labels before she offered them to the passengers around me. They serve 88 Acres bars!”

The Langham, Chicago
“Stayed here for two nights and they were great with allergies! The room service menu had a dedicated section to write in your food allergies and they confirmed no allergens were present upon drop off, without me even asking. All of the soaps, lotions and shampoos stocked in the room have ingredient labels and they were nut-free. The minibar in the room was stocked with nuts but I just kept the drawers closed. Highly recommend this hotel!”

Travelle
“I ate at Travelle for lunch and they were very accommodating—I had the Caesar salad with shrimp.”

Pequod’s Pizza
“Had the Pequod’s salad and the sausage, pepper, and onion deep-dish pizza. No nuts and so tasty! The waitstaff made a note of my allergies and checked with the kitchen.”

Frio Gelato
“Obsessed with this spot! Completely nut-free and the best flavors of gelato. It’s so nice to be able to be able to sample whatever you want and not have to worry. Definitely stop by this place while you’re on the Navy Pier! The staff was so kind too.”

Umai
“Ate here for lunch and I did not see any peanuts on the menu, the waitress also said not to worry about nuts. Felt completely safe eating here and they have a sign regarding food allergy safety at the front! Tasty sushi and a cute spot.”

Bavette’s
“Bavette’s was extremely allergy-friendly! The waitress immediately asked if there were allergies at the table, spoke with the chef on my behalf and checked back in to make sure I was comfortable with the menu. The menu even notates which items have nuts (one salad and a lot of desserts) and they notate which items can be made gluten-free! They served my burger and the crab cake without mustard and I had no issues! Highly recommend this spot, they are very accommodating!”

Starbucks
“I was able to safely enjoy an iced coffee with oat milk here! There are nut flavors available for the seasonal cream cold brews so I have been avoiding ordering those.”

Hudson News
“An impressive selection of allergy-friendly products!! I found Uncover Snacks, Made Good and Spudsy products here.”

XO Marshmallow
“The cutest instagram worthy cafe that is gluten-free and peanut-free! They did have two seasonal drinks with nuts/pistachio and almond, but one was sold out and the employees were so careful about allergies. I had the birthday cake hot chocolate and a chocolate covered cookie dough cone. I had such a hard time picking what to get because everything sounded amazing!”

Small Cheval
“Nut-free milkshakes! Count me in every time. No nuts on the menu and they were so accommodating with my mustard allergy. I had the double cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate milkshake and it was delicious! So happy I stopped in.”

Starbucks
“The new Starbucks drinks are macadamia flavored but I was able to safely order the Spicy Strawberry Refresher here! The staff was educated on allergies.”
