“Amazing experience here. There were a few menu items with nuts. The menu was well labeled for gluten. A new staff member was getting trained, and they went and got the manager to help guide them. She was fantastic, and we modified the salad to be safe. They kept the bread on a separate plate for my gluten-free friend.”

King Sushi
“My favorite stop in Jackson Hole, WY. The best sushi of my life. I had crispy rice for the first time. They were even able to separate the oil and use a fresh batch for my gluten-free friend. The wagyu was immaculate. We actually wanted to go back the second day, but they were closed on Sunday. The waitress did mention the menu rotates, so always confirm it’s most up to date. The head chef was incredibly kind to us both and went above and beyond to accommodate.”

D.O.G.
“For nut allergies—a dream! No nuts or nut oils, and only a handful of menu options. For gluten-free, some risk for cross-contamination, but you can get burrito as a bowl.”

Persephone Bakery
“Informed them of my allergy. They let us know it’s a small kitchen and there is a risk of cross-contamination, but they could take precautions to reduce risk. The staff was very kind and confirmed that sesame was safe for me. My order took a bit longer, but I felt entirely safe with what I got and enjoyed it. It was overpriced, lol.”

Cowboy Coffee Co.
“Had a delicious salted caramel coffee with cold foam. Very small kitchen, so if concerned about cross-contamination definitely be extra vocal about your needs. Friend had the gluten-free cinnamon bun that she said was okay.”

Snake River Roasting Company
“Drank delicious Vietnamese coffee and ate a Turkish-style breakfast safely. Staff was kind and asked if sesame was safe for me. My friend got the same breakfast and the gluten-free bread option and was grateful for the well-labeled gluten-free menu.”

Healthy Being Café & Juicery
“Got a juice the first day and it was delicious! My gluten-free friend got a smoothie with no problems. On the second day I asked if they had separate blenders. They said that was a fantastic idea, but they didn’t. I spoke to two people, and the lead/manager went to lengths to sanitize the blender since they use almond milk. I felt very safe. I read all the ingredients that they used. And mine took longer (because I think they were cleaning legit everything), but the people were so nice and careful. Not an easy spot if you avoid cross-contamination risks.”

Liberty Burger
“Only one burger had nuts and the staff was so accommodating, assuring everything was safe. They even had a gluten-free bun, my friend subbed for hers. Everything is made in beef tallow so avoid if you’re vegan, but everything was immaculate.”

Anvil Hotel
“Good-sized fridge in room, and the staff were very friendly!”
