“Great frozen yogurt. A lot of egg-free options. They gave us an ingredient list for all of the flavors. If we wanted toppings, they offered to get some from the back for us, just in case of cross-contamination. The staff was very helpful.”

Royal Scoop Homemade Ice Cream

“Absolutely wonderful! This is the only ice cream place I trust. The staff are knowledgable, always use a clean scoop, and use a new bin each time a customer has food allergies. Do mention your allergies as soon as you order your ice cream, and I recommend not ordering it in a cone (as they cannot guarantee safety). They also have lunch options and dairy-free desserts! 10/10.”
@alexandrabrist who manages peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, and kiwi allergies

Cherry Smash

“They have a vegan vanilla option. While I did not see if they had a specific scoop for it, it was kept in a different freezer. My daughter enjoyed it and ate it with no reaction. Staff was helpful.”
@djdupre who manages dairy and egg allergies

Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream

“A yummy and different way to make ice cream since they use nitrogen! I got vanilla ice cream with cheesecake bites and strawberries. It was so delicious! I mentioned my peanut allergy at the counter and they have a separate machine where they make the ice cream. They even have different dairy options like coconut, almond, and oat milk.”
@alyssaarria14 who manages peanut, tree nut, fish, and shellfish allergies

Brendy’s Ice Cream & Yogurt

“Vegan gelato options kept separate. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable.”
@eunice who manages peanut, milk, and egg allergies

Gelato & Co.

@yaelkara who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

“The vanilla and chocolate flavors are always in the same machine, owner will happily wipe it down if you ask and they have extra safe toppings in the back. A large book of allergen information. This is the first place I have ever felt comfortable taking my daughter to eat frozen yogurt and she loves it! We brought our own sprinkles to be extra safe.”
@shirajoyaltman who manages peanut, tree nut, egg, seed, and blackberry allergies

@aewarrenfeltz who manages peanut, tree nut, dairy, wheat, and egg allergies

Salt & Straw

“This was one of the BEST ice cream experiences ever! Katie, Genesis and their team lead, Jeremy were beyond accommodating. Since I am only allergic to peanuts, this experience was somewhat of a breeze due to them only having tree nuts present during this time due to their limited edition menu having tree nut flavors. However, they let me look at the allergy binder, wore new gloves, got a new and unopened container, and new spoon/cups for both my boyfriend and I. They also told me that when they do have peanut flavors the factory makes them on a separate line and cleans out their equipment thoroughly and does tests in between to ensure no cross-contamination. We got the salty donut guava and cheese and the cinnamon snickerdoodle. It was phenomenal and such a special experience.”
@amandapayo1219 who manages peanut and chickpea allergies

Ice Dreammm Shop

“The staff are beyond amazing here! Allergens are listed on the menu, no eggs in the ice cream, and will get a fresh bin and scoop if you inform them of your allergies. Dairy free options as well. They have something for everyone and are willing to go out of their way to help.”
@jlr1010 who manages peanut, tree nut, egg, and pea allergies

“THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING. It’s a 21+ alcoholic ice cream parlor in the Design District! Every serving of ice cream comes individually packed, and the menu indicates nuts extremely clearly (with asterisks and also a large and easy to see ‘contains nuts’ warning). Because everything is packaged the way it is, there is no cross-contamination concerns which was amazing—AND they had multiple vegan sorbets! I had the Strawberries & Rosé Sorbet which was vegan and nut-free and it was amazing (and also 4.9% alcohol- so equivalent to one drink). My peanut and tree nut-allergic friend had the Pina Colada rum ice cream—we were able to share (yay shared allergies!) and I can promise that hers was also amazing! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in Miami!”
@samsafeeats who manages peanut, tree nut, shellfish, wheat, pumpkin, fruit, vegetable, basil, thyme, and vanilla allergies

Bianco Gelato Coconut Grove

“Great variety of gluten-free options. I recommend the Strawberry flavor. They also have dairy and nut-free options.”

“We have been wanting to try this chain for a while and had success yesterday even with our dairy and nut allergies. The staff was helpful and informed. There was a booklist listing all ingredients and allergens and multiple options for my son. We opted to buy a pint for him to eat from but the staff offered to use a clean scoop and open a new pint as well.”
@aaps who manages peanut, tree nut, and milk allergies

“I love Haagen-Dazs, so it was a fun treat to make this stop in Miami! They always have great service and take time and care to clean my scoop. I got a normal waffle cone and a half scope each of coffee chip and cookie dough ice cream. Both were delectable as always!”
@natalie who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

V Gelato & Cafe

“Dedicated gluten-free gelato shop with gluten-free cones and vegan gelato!! The flavors are gourmet and so delicious, I couldn’t even tell they were dairy-free!”

“This is a froyo spot! I have to honestly say, as froyo spots go, many are subpar or at least a little anxiety-inducing for many when it comes to nut allergies. However, even though they still had nut froyo flavors and nut toppings, the peanut butter cup and Nutella yoghurt flavors were in the same machine and the nut toppings were in the same area, but unlike many other froyo spots, each topping bin in the counter had some space from the others around it! This made me feel less worried about cross-contamination. Decent yogurt, GREAT toppings, and good service.”
@natalie who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Kilwin’s Naples

“Honestly, there are quite a few things with nuts at Kilwin’s. However, the staff is very patient , responsive, and considerate when it comes to serving one with food allergies. The ice cream scooper is clean separately, and the staff scoops the ice cream from a new bin in the back. Kilwin’s also serves many treats apart from ice cream, which are just as delicious. Please remember to let your server of your allergies so they can accommodate you and your loved ones. Also, Kilwin’s scoops are very large and amazingly delicious.”
@natalie who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Royal Scoop

“This place was unbelievable! They have all the flavors with nuts in a separate cooler (except a heath flavor)—they have a strict protocol and washed the scooper and were probably one of the best ice cream shops we have ever been to. The owner was there and was amazing!”
@susie who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Scoops Ice Cream & Acai Bowls

“What a delicious ice cream spot! I’ve been to Naples to visit my grandparents many times but this was my first time trying this place out. There were definitely flavors with nuts in them, but the staff was very mindful about cleaning my scoop and even grabbed a new bin from the back. I got the chocolate brownie chunk and the banana crème pie flavors! Both were delicious and I would definitely go again. My grandpa got a flavor with heath bar in it, which is one of my favorite candy bars. It has almonds in it though, so be wary if you’re allergic!”
@natalie who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

“I saw a Spokin review here and we had a safe a yummy visit! They have an allergen statement on their menu and I talked with the staff. They got fresh and clean everything from the back to minimize cross-contamination. It was so fun watching them use nitrogen to make the ice cream. Our kids thought it was so neat. The ice cream was great too! Would definitely come back.”
@vkotz who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

Cold Stone Creamery

“I use their online allergen menu, which is very clear. The staff is always very careful, uses a new, clean scoop, and gets my ice cream from a fresh jug in the back that isn’t cross-contaminated like the batches of ice cream on display at the front.”
@briabria who manages peanut, hazelnut and soy allergies

Aloha Isle

“The famed Dole Whip did not let us down. Despite crazy lines they changed their gloves with no qualms. Great treat after walking around the hot park. We went to this one specially because they have the allergy binder and it was bigger than the other little stands in the park so we could get a better idea on safety. No issues with dairy cross-contamination for us.”
@vkotz who manages peanut and tree nut allergies

“Asked to get a waffle cone and toppings for my ice cream that I brought from somewhere else and they had no problem. They have the best vegan cone and the employee double checked for me with no problem.”

They also have dairy-free options, including cones! However, they are very upfront about the chance of cross-contamination because of these allergens are in their facility. The ice cream is great and they have fun flavors! Highly recommend.”

All ingredients are listed very clearly with each flavor WITH a contains statement as well, which is incredibly helpful. They offer gluten-free cones as well as vegan cones. There were lots of unique options other than a standard vegan vanilla or peanut butter. Lastly, the employee who served us was very informed and patient with our varying allergies and my demanding small children.”
@lauqui who manages celiac and brazil nut, egg, milk, and mustard allergies

Twistee Treat

“Twistee Treat has always been one of my favorite ice cream spots since I was little! They are peanut-allergy friendly you just have to notify them when you order and they make sure they take every precaution necessary. They open a new bag of spoons, napkins, sprinkles, cups, etc. as well as using a new top for the ice cream. The staff has always been super friendly and understanding.”
@amandapayo1219 who manages peanut and chickpea allergies

“We found this spot on TikTok for their famous HUGE soft serve ice cream (it’s 5 lbs of ice cream!) and a ton of toppings. I came here with my non-allergy daughter and would have never thought it could be allergy friendly but the only ice cream they have is soft serve and in either vanilla or chocolate. They also have cups not just cones and they said they absolutely can handle allergies—at least nuts. They definitely do have nuts but I would be comfortable that I could find something for my daughter. Pro tip: get the kids size cup—it was huge!!”
