Hi! I’m Sophia, I recently traveled to Italy and visited Bellagio, Milan, and Stresa and found many safe spots to eat with celiac and pecan and walnut allergies! I’ve shared them all on the Spokin app and they are featured in this guide. One of my favorites was La Fontana Bellagio where I had a gluten free Margherita pizza! A fun thing to do if you are in Milan is visit the inside of the Duomo. Follow me on Spokin @gfsophia to see my 9 reviews and on Insta @glutenfreesophia!

They were so understanding and wanted me to enjoy as much as I could from the menu. They were able to make adjustments to fit my dietary needs. The gluten-free food was out of this world.
